Tour Conditions
TOUR LEADER:
We send a Filipino Tour leader to assist the group during check in/check out at airports and hotels. He/She is also responsible for coordinating with coach companies, tour guides and other needs of the group during the conduct of the tour. However, he is not responsible to watch over individual personal belongings or carry it for them. He will assist but not completely be responsible for the security of the participants’ belongings.
CHANGES TO ITINERARIES:
We reserve the right to amend or cancel any of the arrangements for particular itinerary should there be insufficient numbers book (not meeting the minimum number required).
HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION:
Signing up would need a valid passport copy and applicable cash deposit of USD 500.00 per person. Payment for visa and travel insurance is also required at this time.
PAYMENT:
All payments should be made in US Dollars currency. Final payment is required 45 days prior to departure. If we do not receive final payment by the specified date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. In the case of billing errors, we reserve the right to re-invoice with correct pricing. Payment may be made through our designated banks.
CANCELLATIONS CONDITIONS:
All cancellations must be advised to us in writing.
Following charges per person will apply when notice of cancellation is given after the booking is confirmed:
46+ days prior to arrival: free cancellation
45-31 days prior to arrival: 35% cancellation fee
30-15 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee
14-00 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee
** Cancellation due to visa refusal will be given due consideration and amount will be refunded except for USD 500.00 Visa Fees and travel insurance are NON REFUNDABLE
TRAVELERS WHO NEED SPECIAL ASSISTANCE:
Any disability requiring special attention must be declared at the time of booking. We shall make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of disabled tour participants but is not responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, lodges, restaurants, or other independent suppliers, nor any additional expenses incurred. Motor coaches and minibuses are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. We regret we cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking, dining, getting on/off motor coaches and other transportation vehicles, or other personal needs. Travelers who need assistance must be accompanied by a qualified and physically able companion. Motorized scooters are not 100 per cent suitable for touring.
REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES:
No refunds will be made for unused services once travel arrangements have commenced.
PASSPORTS & VISAS:
A 6 months valid passport at the time of travel is required for all tour participants. Included in our services is to assist you facilitate your visa appointment/processing.
CHILDREN:
The minimum age for children on Escorted tours is 7 years old (or on a case to case basis). All minors need to be accompanied by an adult. Accompanying adults are responsible for the safety of their children, including to provide any necessary safety equipment where appropriate.
TOUR PARTICIPANT OBLIGATION:
To ensure congenial membership, we reserve the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant and to expel from the tour any participant whose conduct is deemed in conflict with other members of the group.

We provide freebies to each and everyone like hand-carry bags, personalized baggage tags and varied essential items available in our stock.
PRE DEPARTURE ORIENTATION:
A pre departure orientation is done time for you to meet other tour members and your Tour Leader. During this time the details of the program are discussed. In other words, you will know the DOs and DON’Ts so it is important that you attend. We also take into consideration your meal restrictions during this time.
